Pittston

Program Description

Pittston

This split level home is licensed for three adults. The staffing pattern is dependent on the consumers' needs, but to ensure the safety and community integration opportunities, consumers are staffed 24-7 with 2 staff on during peak awake hours and one overnight awake staff.

This rural home provides a normalized life space for each consumer according to their individual needs, strengths, and desired outcomes. Formal programs are constructed for each consumer where the consumer and treatment providers identify the needs. These formal services include, but are not limited to, educational, medical, dental, acute care services, psychiatric, vocational and recreational services. Individuals will utilize community providers ASI-NE and the home will honor the rights of individuals who are recipients of mental health services.

The staff provides validation and encouragement to clients as they progress through their designated treatment plans. They will make observations on how the client is complying and progressing. They will share these observations with the clinical and supervisory staff in order to provide the client with an effective treatment plan.

This home has close access to the Interstate 95.
