Program Description
This program is a duplex single-level living private non-medical institution (PNMI) group home that supports 3 consumers (male and female) of varying ages located in a quiet rural setting yet a short ride to amenities such as shopping, parks, and providers. This program is not handicap accessible, due to single-floor living and walk-in showers, it is easily accessible for individuals with some physical limitations.
One half of the duplex has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, two bedrooms, office, and a shared bath with shower. The other half has a mirror floorplan but only has one bedroom as the other space is office/staff space. The two sides are connected by a common laundry, storage, and staff area. Each side has a small patio off the kitchens. The property is well-landscaped and private in a country setting near a lovely pond.
