Residential Services

Personal Supports

The Personal Supports Program is designed to serve individuals with intellectual disabilities with waiver money from the Department of Health and Human Services (Adults with Physical and Cognitive Disabilities and Mental Health Services) in their own home. The staff assist with daily living skills which are focused around community inclusion and support with service providers. This service helps consumers to network and link to other agencies or resources to increase their independence. Staff may also assist with medication monitoring, cooking, grocery shopping, budgeting, banking, and other skill building activities.

To make a referral to the personal supports program contact a Program Coordinator at 1567 Lisbon Street Suite 2, Lewiston, Maine or by telephone at (207) 777-1107.
